56year old male with Decompensated liver disease secondary hepatitis B

56year old male with complaints of abdominal distension since 3months yellowish discoloration of eyes since 3months shortness of breath since 2days
History of present illness
Patient was asymptotic 2years back then he developed yellowish discoloration of eyes for which they went to a hospital for evaluation and diagnosed as liver failure.In 2017 the patient was diagnosed with pneumonia and admitted in icu and got treated for pneumonia.In 2019 patient is diagnosed with cirrhosis of liver and detected as hepatitis B positive at that time and on regular medication from 2yrs.later patient developed ascitis , jaundice and pleural effusion and admitted in hospital.From 2019 he had multiple hospital admissions for ascitis

Diet- mixed
Appetite- normal
Bowl and bladder- regular
Regular alcoholic since 25years
Family history-
No history of diabetes , hypertension, tuberculosis,heart disease in the family
General examination-
Patient was conscious ,conherent and cooperative

Cyanosis -no. Clubbing-no
Lymphadenopathy-no. Oedema-yes
